The building would occupy only a couple other businesses throughout the years. In 2019, Kyle & Chris started a full interior demo and building renovation to transform the space into a neighborhood restaurant & bar. The Hudson Eatery & Bar will offer a fast casual dining atmosphere with a pub inspired menu. The full bar will include spirits, wine, and 22 taps for beer and draft cocktails. Kyle & Chris have a combined background in the hospitality industry and in alcohol retail. The space will pay homage to the area both past and present.
